Jimi Hocking is a singer, songwriter and guitarist extraordinaire. His career spans decades and includes stints in bands like The Angels, Spectre 7 and, to this day, The Screaming Jets, plus 15 solo records to date. These range from retro rock releases (Space Doubt), to acoustic (The Ultimate Bootleg), to blues guitar (Electric Mojo Machine, Live In The Moment) and mandolin (Blue Mandolin). His latest album (To The Moon So Blue) takes the blues in a few different directions, all well worth exploring – guitar, mandolin, banjo, sitar – and the song I Hate The Ukulele is an anthem for the age we live in. We're lucky enough to have stocked Jimi's CDs since we started - even in this digital age they're still popular and, it's safe to say, we're the ONLY shop that has any!
